Through proprietary synthesis technology, SaphirFilm can now create a brand new polymeric material with organic/inorganic nano structure and strong oxide bonding. These materials provide much denser molecular structure with strong adhesion to many other base materials, such as metals, glass, ceramics, and plastics, with better weather and chemical durability than organic resins.

Therefore, it will not only replace many organic resins in paint, adhesive and coating applications, but also plastic materials for packaging and sealing applications.

Strong adhesion, a good protection for the substrates. Very high corrosion resistance and surface hardness provided with a few μm coating.
